Born and raised in Kailua, O‘ahu, Becca’s passion for fitness and wellness began early. After graduating from King Kekaulike High School on Maui—where she was actively involved in interscholastic athletics—Becca took her first steps toward a career in fitness. In 2006, she began her journey in group fitness training, specializing in triathlon and adventure runs, while interning for her senior thesis at Aragua, Mormaii’s Sports and Cultural Center in Florianopolis, Brazil.
While studying at the University of Washington in 2007, Becca became a Certified Personal Trainer and began working in a large gym in downtown Seattle. Since then, she has expanded her specializations through certifications in group fitness, athletic performance and various wellness disciplines. Driven by a deep curiosity and fascination with the human mind and body, Becca continues to evolve her expertise—delivering effective, personalized wellness experiences that support longevity and vitality.
In 2010, Becca co-founded Om Maui Studio, a hybrid space offering both personal training and group fitness classes. She currently teaches private sessions and group classes, helping clients reach their fitness and wellness goals in a supportive, individualized setting.
In 2021, Becca expanded her impact by founding Mind Body Maui, where she leads private retreats and coaching programs that combine her extensive knowledge with a holistic approach to mind, body, and energetic well-being.
With over 18 years of experience in health and fitness, Becca has worked with a diverse range of populations—from kids and student athletes to adults and seniors (up to 93 years old)—empowering each individual to achieve their unique wellness goals.

What to Expect
Becca combines each client’s goals with their physical needs to design a effective personalized training program. She will help you set realistic and attainable goals based on your unique reality. Her motivating, encouraging and energetic approach makes each personal training session fun and challenging. She will teach you to move intelligently with proper alignment and body mechanics. With this knowledge, you will gain body awareness to help you avoid and eliminate current or reoccurring injuries as you progress. Each client will develop strength from a strong core, power from a stable muscular foundation and freedom from a flexible body. Becca’s eye for alignment, attention to detail and diverse educational background helps each client stay safe and achieve their goals quicker.

Becca loves staying active outside of her workouts with surfing, tennis, cycling and stand-up paddleboarding. When she’s not outdoors, she enjoys meditation, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new places through travel.
